Description
The Pilsen malt - 25kg is the base malt par excellence. This very balanced grain offers aromas of cereals and bread dough with a subtle honeyed touch.
This very lightly roasted malt will give a pale color and very light malt aromas to the beer. This low roasting allows to preserve all its enzymes and ensures the optimal conversion of starch into sugar.
Its protein content will bring a nice foam to your beer.
Its rather neutral character makes it a very versatile grain.
Thanks to its husks, the Pilsen malt - 25kg has an excellent filtration capacity.
