Extra Pale Ale Malt is crafted by Bairds’ master maltsters to meet the specific needs of modern craft beer brewers.
This malt stands out for its exceptionally pale colour, even lighter than lagers. It is perfectly suited to a wide range of styles, including Session IPAs, Pale Ales, IPAs and Blondes, and especially ideal for hoppy and hazy beers.
Bairds Extra Pale Ale Malt is produced in Witham, Essex.

Bairds Malt - Extra Pale Ale
Bairds has developed an Extra Pale malt specifically for the palest beer styles such as Lagers, Blondes, and Pale Ales.
It is perfectly suited to traditional British single-infusion brewing thanks to its moderate to high modification level, offering excellent extract yield, filtration, and flavour.
Use up to 100% for Lagers and Pale Ales, or as a complement to specialty malts in a wide range of hoppy beers.
