Description
Munich Malt 2 is a base barley malt that has been relatively intensely roasted. This characteristic gives it richly malty aromas of bread, biscuit, blonde caramel, and honey.
Despite its degree of roasting (20 to 25 EBC), it remains a base malt with an excellent enzymatic composition. Therefore, it can be used up to 100%. However, we recommend using it as a malty support adding color and depth. It will thus bring richness to the finished beer.
Munich Malt 2 will be ideal for beers with a prominent malt profile. It will be very interesting in well-caramelized Dubbels or Doppelbocks. It will also bring a very beautiful golden color to characterful blonde beers.
