Teorem Hops:

Teorem hops is a French aromatic variety, a cross between Strisselspalt and Cascade hops. Teorem is the 7th variety of Alsatian hops, following Strisselspalt, Aramis, Triskel, Barbe Rouge, Elixir, and Mistral.

Although Teorem can be used as a bittering hop, its delicate aromas and alpha acid content of 5% make it an ideal aromatic variety. It reveals its full potential in late boil, Whirlpool, and Dry hop. Its aromatic profile emphasizes exotic fruits like pineapple, presents citrus notes, then a secondary profile of spices unfolds with a hint of floral and herbal notes.

While the renowned Meteor Brewery has used it as a pilot for its Meteor IPA, Teorem also shines in Saisons, blonde ales, and punchy lagers.
