Ultra expressive Belgian yeast strain originating from the famous Achouffe brewery.
Its phenolic aromas will reveal beautiful aromas of clove, allspice, and peppercorns. It will be perfect for classic Belgian beers such as blondes, saisons, Dubbels, Tripels, Quadrupels, and white beers.

- Alcohol tolerance: 15%
- Fermentation temperature: 20°-26°C
