Discover the strain originating from the famous Orval Abbey.
This strain, ideal for high gravities, produces a dry beer with a slight acidity in the finish.
Although fruity, this strain offers soft and spicy phenolic notes.
With a high alcohol tolerance (up to 15% alcohol by volume), this strain is ideal for all Belgian styles, from table beer to Dark Strong Ale (Quadruple).
