Description
This 27 L fermenter is in fact a complete kit designed to let you start pressure fermentation with total confidence.
The pack includes ball lock ports — red (gas) and yellow (liquid) — as well as a dip tube fitted with a float and a stainless‑steel filter, ensuring the clearest possible liquid draw right down to the last drop.
It also features the new Easy‑Grip threaded ring, easier to tighten and loosen, along with a handle system that makes moving the fermenter far more ergonomic.
And of course, the kit comes with the famous red BlowTie spunding valve, allowing safe and controlled pressure fermentation.
This kit was designed for brewers who want to enjoy the benefits of an affordable pressure‑capable fermenter and transfer system. Its 600 ml collection jar – Tri Clamp 3" – lets you harvest yeast or remove hops after dry hopping.
It is the ideal starting point for any brewer wishing to begin pressure fermentation up to 2.4 bar. Best of all, it allows both fermentation AND pressure service with zero transfers.

Important notes:
It is essential to keep PET fermenters away from direct sunlight, which degrades the material and exposes the beer to harmful UV.
When using the fermenter under pressure, we recommend performing a water leak test.
To do this: fill the FermZilla with water, apply at least 15 psi, and check for leaks around caps and threads.
Some units may show small marks, dents or slight deformations caused during transport. No worries: these fermenters are designed to tolerate such minor deformation. This is part of their construction, allowing them to withstand slight vacuum effects during cold crashing or handling, without compromising their integrity.
All small dents will disappear with use and pressurisation, and only require replacement in the rare case of visible white stress marks or damaged plastic.
