The Brew Monk™ Unitank U60 is designed to offer complete control over fermentation, including under pressure. With its 60-litre capacity and maximum pressure of 1 Bar (15 PSI), you can ferment and carbonate in a closed system, reducing oxidation and improving aroma stability.
The 60° conical bottom allows for optimal yeast recovery, while the large 6" Tri-Clamp lid makes dry hopping and maintenance easy. Thanks to its numerous 1.5" TC ports, you can connect various accessories such as pressure relief valves, sight glasses, or CO₂ harvesting systems. With Brew Monk’s renowned quality, you get unbeatable value compared to other pressurized fermenters on the market.
This Unitank comes equipped with TC sampling and racking valves, digital thermometer, thermowell, and adjustable feet for perfect stability.
