This Still Spirits GlucoAmylase enzyme of fungal origin converts dextrins into simple sugars.

Optimum temperature for use: 60 to 65°C

Optimum PH: 5.4 to 5.6

Sufficient for fermentation volumes up to approx. 25 L

Ideal for maximizing yield during mashing, using natural, diastatic enzymatic activity.

To be added to the mash, the enzyme can also be added in the fermenter with the yeast as required.

Also ideal for fermentations without malted grain (whisky distillation, etc.).
