El Dorado Cryo Hops:

The El Dorado hop is an aromatic variety that comes from the United States. It was developed in 2008 by CLS Farms, LLC and was introduced to the market in 2010.

Its Cryo form releases powerful fruity notes and tropical fruit flavors. Its chemical composition means that it will express its full potential as a secondary Dry Hop. It will bring lively flavors and aromas of tropical fruits, pear, watermelon, candy, and stone fruits.

Furthermore, its Beta acid content is quite interesting for maintaining the bitterness of the beer over the medium to long term.

It is often used for American-style beers, such as IPAs, pale ales, and wheat ales.
