Cryo Centennial Hops:
%20-.png)
The Centennial hops have been a classic among classics since the 90s. Its aromas, typical of American APAs and IPAs, are spicy, floral, lemony, and resinous.
While it is highly appreciated for its versatility, its chemical composition makes it one of the best aromatic markers of hops used "hot." Therefore, you will get the most out of this hop by using it at the end of boiling, in Whirlpool, and during primary fermentation.
Its Cryo form makes it even more effective as it is stripped of its vegetal matter. Only its oils, which make it so performant "hot," are preserved.
Less material, more efficiency. It is also a very good candidate for biotransformation.
The Cryo version should be dosed at half the amount compared to the standard pellet version.
