Caraamber® malt

Caraamber® malt gives the beer a light amber/red color. Beyond its aromas of blond caramel, sweet malt and bread, it also contributes to flavor stability and a mellow texture.

This crystal malt is versatile enough to be integrated into a multitude of beer styles where the emphasis is on malty aromas. It will be a great ally for British-inspired beers such as ESB, Brown ale or Irish Red Ale.

It can be used up to 20% of a recipe.
