Bohemian Dark Floor Malted

Light-brown malt made from top-quality Czech malting barley (Bojos, Tolar).

This malt has been produced using a traditional floor malting method. The artisanal process gives the malt a special character and extraordinary intensity of flavor.

It has an intense malt aroma with notes of caramel and toffee, full body and a pronounced malty sweetness.

Terroir malt traditionally produced for malt-driven Czech beer styles

Although it can be used as a base malt to make any type of beer, it is also used as a distillery malt to make Schnapps, for example.
