SafAle™ WB‑06 is a top‑fermenting yeast specially selected for producing aromatic wheat beers. It develops a typical phenolic profile with notes of clove, banana and spices, characteristic of Weissbier, Weizen, Witbier and related styles.
With an attenuation of 86–90% and low to medium sedimentation, it produces expressive, slightly hazy beers with a silky texture and a pronounced aromatic character. It is suitable for both traditional German wheat beers and more modern fruity interpretations.
The professional 10 kg carton format meets the needs of craft breweries looking for a stable, high‑performance yeast adapted to large‑scale batches.
Why choose this product?
