SafAle™ S‑04 is an English top‑fermenting yeast selected for its fast fermentation, high flocculation and balanced, slightly fruity aromatic profile. It is ideal for a wide range of English and American ales.

Thanks to its fast sedimentation, it produces clearer beers, making it particularly suitable for cask‑conditioned beers and fermentations in cylindro‑conical tanks.

This professional 10 kg format meets the needs of craft breweries looking for a reliable, stable and high‑performance strain for large‑volume production.

Why choose this product?

  • Fast fermentation with a balanced fruity profile.
  • High flocculation for natural clarification.
  • Versatile strain suitable for English and American ales (ESB, Pale Ale, Stout, Amber Ales...).

  • Can it be pitched without rehydration? Yes, the E2U™ certification allows direct pitching.
  • How long can an opened bag be stored? Up to 7 days at 4 °C, tightly sealed.
