Amyliz is an enzyme that converts starch into fermentable sugars and soluble dextrins, reduces wort viscosity, and ensures optimal standardization of yield during brewing.
To be used during the mashing phase.
Recommended Dosage
- 150 to 350 g per ton of unmalted cereals
- 200 g per ton of malt
Optimal Temperature
- 40 to 90 °C
