OptiBrew is an enzymatic complex designed to hydrolyze both structural polysaccharides (glucans, xylans) and fermentable polysaccharides.
This formulation guarantees optimal filtration and adequate wort viscosity, while ensuring attenuation that meets brewers' standards.
To be added at the beginning of mashing.
Recommended Dosage
- 250 to 500 g per ton of malt
- 250 to 750 g per ton of unmalted cereals and specialty malts
Optimal Temperature
- 40 to 90 °C for main activities
- 40 to 65 °C for secondary activities
