BrewZilla 35 L immersion chiller made of 304 stainless steel, ideal for rapidly cooling wort after the boil.

Compatible with BrewZilla Gen 3.1.1, Gen 4 and kettles up to 35 L.

Usage method:

Method 1:

This chiller can be used simply by connecting your garden hose to both ends of the chiller. To do this, use compression fittings with a garden hose quick‑connect adapter.


Method 2:

The second method consists of pumping your hot wort through the chiller. Use a silicone tube to connect your kettle to a pump, then through this coil chiller, and back into the boiler. Turn on the pump and make sure the chiller has reached the boiling temperature of your wort to sterilise the coil with heat.

Then immerse the coil in a bucket filled with a mixture of ice and water. Run the pump continuously until the wort cools to the desired temperature.
