This kit is perfect for fermentations requiring a large yeast culture. It is particularly recommended for Pilsners (or other beers fermented at low temperatures) and high-gravity beers. By introducing high levels of oxygen into the wort at the beginning of fermentation, it optimizes the fermentation process.
