Carafa® III malt
Carafa® special III malt has an extremely thorough boiling process. It adds black color, strong coffee aromas and body to the finished beer.
It is the most full-bodied of the Carafas, bringing a strong roasted power and a very deep color to your beer. It is ideal for beers with a strong roasted character. It can also be combined with other black malts to complexify your dark beers.
