Description
Optimize the cleaning of your fermenters with our CIP pack. Designed to provide deep, fast, and tool-free cleaning. This kit includes everything needed to set up an efficient Clean-In-Place (CIP) system directly in your tank.
This pack is available in 2 versions:
- The first is specially designed for fermenters with a TC 4" opening, such as Kegmenter, BrewBuilt, or Conicus Pro.
- The second fits any TC 1.5" port (Ideal, among others, for the new Unitank range from Brew Monk).
Both versions are perfectly suited for professional or semi-pro setups.
Everything included: No need to search for the right fittings or improvise a setup: the pack contains all the components needed to operate the CIP system (cleaning product not included). Just connect and start the cycle.

- - 2x TC 1.5" connectors with 3/4" BSP female thread

Important: the cleaning product (Stellar Clean PBW) is not included in this pack.
How to effectively clean your fermenter with a CIP spray ball
1. Empty the fermenter from the bottom (yeast sediment removal).
2. Rinse with cold water, then drain again.
3. Prepare your cleaning solution: 3–5% Stellar Clean PBW (not included).
→ Example: for a 100 L fermenter, use 3–5 L of solution at 50 °C.
4. Set up the CIP system:- - Connect one of the two FlexiRoyal hoses (short or long depending on your setup) between the bottom outlet of the fermenter and the pump.
- - Connect the pump to the TC 1.5" port of the spray ball using the second hose.
- - Attach the spray ball to the TC 4" opening of the fermenter (or to a TC 1.5" port on the 6" opening of a Brew Monk Unitank, for example).
- - Run the pump for a 15–20 minute cycle.
5. Drain and rinse the fermenter with clean water.
6. For optimal cleaning, disassemble all connectors, clamps, and gaskets, and soak them in PBW.
Warning: To protect your fermenter, we recommend leaving a top port slightly open. At this cleaning temperature, it is important to release vapors from the cleaning product and avoid pressure buildup.
