The rotating CIP cleaning ball is the most effective tool for cleaning the inside of fermenters, tanks, etc. All major breweries are equipped with it. It saves effort and prevents wasting precious time. Don’t waste yours anymore and switch to Clean In Place cleaning!

Simply install the ball and you will no longer need to make any cleaning effort. Designed to ensure complete disinfection without manual cleaning.

This rotating spray ball performs a 360° rotation, activated by water pressure, to cover the entire internal surface of the fermenter or tank.

Although Brewolution developed it for its Conicus Pro fermenters, it is compatible with any fermenter equipped with a 1.5" Tri-Clamp connection.

Installing the CIP cleaning ball

For proper operation of the cleaning ball, we recommend using a 65W magnetic pump. Unlike electric pumps, magnetic models have no contact with any seals. This allows the use of all cleaning products (including the most corrosive). They also have a longer lifespan. A 65W power rating is ideal for the proper functioning of the CIP ball.

You will also need hoses, a bucket, and cleaning/disinfection products.

Warning: for hoses, we recommend PVC or EPDM FlexiRoyal hoses. We advise against silicone models, which tend to pinch and restrict flow.

Finally, you will need to connect the upper Tri-Clamp of the CIP ball to a 1.5" Tri-Clamp of your choice that can be connected to your pump hose.

Warning: for 1.5" Tri-Clamps with hose connectors, we recommend the 19mm size. A smaller dimension will slow down the flow and prevent the ball from rotating properly.
