Bohemian Pilsner Floor-Malted Malt

Like standard pilsner malt, Bohemian Pilsner Floor-Malted Malt is an excellent base malt for any style of beer. That said, it is the perfect representative of the Czech terroir, as it comes from this region.

Beyond that, it's also dried on the ground, the old-fashioned way, which gives it a more pronounced, authentic malt profile. It will therefore be perfect for brewing in traditional Czech styles such as Tmavé Pivo or Světlé pivo. It is also an ideal partner for farmhouse beers from northern and eastern Europe, such as Kornøl, Sathi and Lichtenhainer.

Bohemian Pilsner floor malted has an intense malt profile with notes of honey and cookie.

Using Bohemian Pilsner Floor Malted :
