Description
ENDOZYM® Brewmix Plus is a complex blend of thermostable α-amylase, β-glucanase, xylanase, and neutral protease.
Designed to improve brewery yield, reduce mashing time, and enhance filtrability.
Allows greater flexibility in the choice of raw materials, enabling the use of up to 30% unmalted substitutes.
COMPOSITION: blend of α-amylase, β-glucanase, glycosidase, xylanase, and neutral protease.
ORIGIN: Enzymatic activities isolated from strains of Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger, and Trichoderma.

Advantages of Use:

Dosage and Use:
The typical dosage is 300-600 g/tonne of grist.
It is recommended to add Brewmix Plus during mashing.
Note that the optimal dosage will depend on the composition of the grist and the mashing profile.
OPTIMAL TEMPERATURE: 35°C / 80°F
pH RANGE: 3.6 – 6.0 (Optimal 4.5)
