Description
Thanks to POK (Polyketone), Brewtools offers an economical and ecological way to equip its pressurizable fermenter with a butterfly valve.
This material (a type of polymer material) is a more environmentally friendly alternative to PET. Its resistance to wear, corrosion, and high temperatures makes it increasingly used in advanced fields such as aerospace.
Brewtools, therefore, puts this food-grade technology at the service of brewing.
Liquids will only come into contact with the EPDM core and the stainless steel disc of the valve.
It is designed for a pressure of 2 bars.

Using the Clean Core™ Valve
This model is used like any other butterfly valve. It will be compatible with all pressurizable fermenters equipped with 2" Tri Clamp ports.
You can use it between your fermenter and a yeast collection vessel, and/or on the top part to add a Hop Bong.
