Mash Tun extension for Brewtools B50 – 18 kg

The Brewtools B50 mash tun is a stackable extension designed to increase the malt capacity of the Brewtools B50 system. It cannot be used on its own: it relies entirely on the B50 for recirculation, flow control, heating and level management via the FCS system.

The wort is sent into the tun through the supplied central tube, powered by the B50’s FCS pump. It then circulates over the grain bed before returning to the main kettle. The return flow is adjusted using the included CleanCore Pinch TC34 mm valve, which integrates directly into the B50 circuit.

The tun features an upper level sensor (TC1.5") that communicates with the B50 controller to automatically stop the pump when the tun is full. It is delivered with its lid, a laser‑cut filter, a thermowell, the central tube, an elbow, gaskets, tri‑clamps and the necessary assembly accessories.
