Description
Discover Digiboil, the 35L digital electric kettle that can be used as:
- Water heater for rinsing
- Brewing kettle (BIAB)
- Heating kettle for a still (requires a suitable lid and column, not yet available at Rolling Beers)
And outside of brewing for:
- Sous vide cooking
- Jar sterilization
The digital display can be easily adjusted from 0°C to 140°C.
Its heating power adjustable up to 2400W allows for rapid liquid boiling.

DigiBoil 35L - Digital Water Heater 2400W
The DigiBoil 35L is an extremely versatile digital water heater. It can be used for BIAB brewing batches of 25 to 30L, as a rinsing water heater, or as a kettle for a still.
Very practical, the DigiBoil can be elevated to draw water through its 1/2" threaded tap.
The digital display of the water heater allows you to intuitively set the temperature from 0°C to 140°C. Additionally, you can easily manage the power using two push buttons located at the bottom of the kettle. These buttons have respective power outputs of 500W and 1900W, and combined, you can push the machine to 2400W.
If you are using a still, the manufacturer advises not to exceed 1900W of power.
Made of 304 stainless steel, cleaning is made easier with handles located at the top and bottom of the kettle.
The volume scale etched inside the DigiBoil is graduated in liters and gallons.
