Want to easily recreate this famous Italian aperitif at home? Impressence is the perfect companion!
Pour the entire contents (50 mL) of the Impressence – “Aperitivo” Spirit Flavouring sachet into 350 mL of neutral alcohol at 40% ABV.
Dissolve 425 g of sugar in the flavoured spirit, then top up with water to reach 1.25 L.
The final product will have an alcohol content of 11% ABV and a sugar level of 34%.
For best results, we recommend using a neutral alcohol such as a high‑quality vodka.
