Secure payment in 3 or 4 installments with Alma

Payment in 3 or 4 installments via Alma is offered when validating the payment method, subject to eligibility.

This service is reserved for private individuals and subject to approval of the application by Alma. Offer available from 50 euros incl. VAT, excluding shipping costs, and capped at a maximum amount of 2000 euros incl. VAT.

Alma's full terms and conditions are available below:

• Alma’s credit service is offered for the settlement of purchases and execution of payment, provided that the person purchasing the goods or services through Alma (“Buyer”) accepts the installment payment or deferred payment agreement.
  
  
• Fees may be charged by Alma.
  
  
• Any refusal by Alma to grant installment or deferred payment may result in the nullity of the purchase agreement for the goods or services (“GTC”), unless the Buyer agrees to pay the purchase amount in full.
  
  
• In the event of termination of the GTC, the installment or deferred payment agreement shall automatically be terminated.
  
  
• In case of withdrawal from the installment or deferred payment solution used for your payment, the GTC shall automatically be terminated unless you pay the purchase amount in full through Alma. If the product has already been shipped, you must return it within the maximum period provided in these GTC.
• The amount is partly paid by a credit granted by Alma SAS, payment institution and financing company approved by the ACPR under no. 17408 - CIB code.

• In accordance with Article L.312-50 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of payment in installments, including the payment of a deposit, a receipt on paper or any other durable medium serving as proof of payment is provided to the buyer and includes the full reproduction of the provisions below (Articles L.312-52, L.312-53 and L.341-10 of the French Consumer Code):
  • Article L312-52: The sales or service contract shall automatically be cancelled without compensation:
    • 1° If the lender has not, within seven days from the borrower’s acceptance of the credit agreement, informed the seller of the granting of the credit;
    • 2° Or if the borrower has exercised their right of withdrawal within the period provided for in Article L.312-19.
    • However, when the borrower expressly requests immediate delivery of the goods or provision of the services, exercising the right of withdrawal from the credit agreement shall automatically cancel the sales or service contract only if it occurs within three days from acceptance of the credit agreement by the borrower. The contract shall not be cancelled if, before expiry of the periods mentioned in this article, the purchaser pays in full.
• Article L312-53: In the cases of cancellation of the sales or service contract provided for in Article L.312-52, the seller or service provider shall reimburse, upon simple request, any sum paid in advance by the buyer.
  
  
• Article L341-10: In the cases of cancellation of the sales or service contract provided for in Article L.312-53, from the eighth day following the request for reimbursement of any advance payment made by the buyer, this sum shall automatically bear interest at the legal interest rate increased by half.
