Carared® malt
Carared® malt is one of the most popular crystal malts. It gives the beer an attractive bright red color and balanced flavors of sweet blond caramel, honey, bread crust and subtle notes of hazelnut cookie and dried fruit.
It also adds body and sweetness to the beer. It can be used up to a maximum of 25%, and will perfectly enhance a good Irish Red Ale, as well as being a superb aromatic ally to any slightly dark malty ale.
