Flaked Oats

Oat flakes bring a delicious raw cereal taste to the beer. Thanks to their high protein content, they improve foam retention, which helps preserve the most volatile hop aromas.

They also add a creamy and smooth texture, ideal for beers where a certain sweetness is sought.

Like all the flakes available on our site, it is not necessary to precook them before use.
