Description
This set of 4 adjustable stainless steel clamps is compatible with BrewZilla 35 L and 65 L, from Generation 3 up to Generation 4, as well as all DigiBoil 35 L and 65 L.
It is also compatible with the 12 L and 24 L boiler extensions.

Installation instructions:

You will need a pair of bolt cutters or tin snips to remove the old clamp. (Please refer to the product photos to identify the optimal cutting point.)

Remove the nut and bolt, then thread them through the new clamp. Make sure the grooved part is facing outward (see photo). If the grooved part is not facing outward, the clamp will catch on the rounded lip of the boiler.

Loosen the bolts and rotate the clamp up or down to adjust the tension. Use the nuts to lock the desired tension. It is recommended to start looser than necessary, then tighten gradually.
⚠️ Warning:
Do not use these clamps (fixed or adjustable) with a glass lid.
