Description
This TC Breakdown conversion kit is a Tri‑Clamp stainless steel pump head designed to upgrade your 25 W magnetic pump.
It eliminates cavitation, is easy to clean, and is specifically designed for brewing applications.
This kit allows you to replace the head of your 25 W pump with a Tri‑Clamp model equipped with a purge/PRV system.
IMPORTANT:
The 3" TC seal is not included in this kit.

Tri‑Clover Head:
The Tri‑Clover (TC) head can be removed easily and quickly using a 3" Tri‑Clover clamp, without any tools. This allows you to detach the head instantly to clear out grain residue, hop material, or unblock the pump.
Inline Design:
The inline design aligns the inlet and outlet, making integration into your setup easier and helping keep your hose layout clean and organised.
Purge/PRV – Cavitation Elimination:
Unlike some other pumps such as the Blichmann RipTide, this head uses a Cornelius‑compatible PRV valve.
If you already brew, you likely have compatible spare parts in your workshop.
The PRV acts as a safety device to prevent over‑pressurising the pump head or your system.
It also allows you to purge air, virtually eliminating cavitation issues.
304 Stainless Steel:
The pump head is made entirely from 304 stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to chemicals, heat, and mechanical stress.
Free Orientation:
Since the head attaches to the body using a Tri‑Clover clamp, it can be rotated to any angle, giving you complete freedom in hose positioning.
This makes it easy to adapt the plumbing to the unique layout of your brewery.
