Most soda bottles are compatible. Moreover, they withstand pressure well since they often contain a carbonated liquid.
This system is very practical when you don't have time to bottle an entire batch but want to take 1 or 2L of your beer for a special event.
Caution: Not suitable for our 75cl bottles
