Ball lock CO2 x Duotight 6.35 mm (1/4") connector

This compact gas ball lock integrates a 6.35 mm (1/4") Duotight fitting, allowing a gas line to be connected without an adapter or clamp. Its robust and compact design makes keg stacking and installation in tight spaces easier.

The disconnect is made from highly chemical‑resistant materials, with stainless springs and balls, a polykeytone body, and an overmoulded PP/EPDM poppet. It withstands acidic cleaners, caustics, peroxides and other agents commonly used in brewing.

The cap can be fully disassembled by hand, without tools, for quick cleaning. The overmoulded poppet allows coupling under pressure up to 150 psi without risk of seal ejection. The integrated push‑in fitting accepts EVABarrier 3 mm ID x 6.35 mm OD tubing and PE 4 mm ID x 6.3 mm OD tubing.
