Isaria Malt 1924®
Neither Pils nor Munich, Isaria malt is a basic malt variety in its own right. In fact, it's the oldest German malting barley variety, approved for beer production in 1924. This malt has a sweet malty profile with notes of mellow cookie. It's perfect for brewing traditional, unfiltered German beers like Kellerbier.
