Bohemian Wheat Floor-malted Malt
Czech, floor-malted version of wheat malt. Its malty profile is slightly more pronounced than that of traditional wheat malt. It is widely used in the production of traditional strong alcohols such as Schnapps, but also fits perfectly into beer production.
Given its traditional character, it will be a superb asset to farmhouse beers from northern and eastern Europe, such as Sahti, kaimiskas, koduolu or Lichtenhainer.
Bohemian Floor Malted wheat has nutty cookie and caramel aromas.
