Bohemian Pilsner Malt

Like standard pilsner malt, Malt Bohemian Pilsner is an excellent base malt for any style of beer. That said, it is the perfect representative of the Czech terroir, as it comes from this region. It is therefore "traditionally" better suited to Czech Pils beers. Produced from Bojos and Malz barley varieties, it represents an important part of the world's brewing history. It is also the origin of the famous Pilsner Urquell.

Bohemian Pilsner has a malty-sweet profile with subtle nutty notes.

Using Bohemian Pilsner malt:
Bohemian Pilsner Malt is used in the same way as a classic Pilsner malt, as it remains a base malt. You can therefore use it up to 100%.
