Description
The dark caramel amber malt offers a rich and complex aromatic profile, with intense caramel flavors evolving into brown caramel. It also reveals indulgent notes of biscuit, honey, cocoa, dried fruits, bread crust, as well as subtle hints of toasted bread and coffee.
With its beautiful deep amber color, close to brown (120 to 140 EBC), this malt enhances the visual and aromatic aspects of your beers. Versatile, it improves smoothness and sweetness while enriching the overall flavor.
Usable in up to 25% of a recipe, it provides a pleasant richness on the palate and integrates perfectly into amber or strong beers where a malty character is essential. It particularly shines in styles such as Dubbel, Doppelbock, Brown Ales, or Dark Lagers.
