WHC Belgian Haze is a dried wit yeast strain, perfectly suited for Belgian ales, especially witbiers.
POF+ but non-diastatic, it offers a well-balanced profile of spicy and phenolic aromas, with moderate acidity. It pairs very well with orange, lemon zest, and coriander.
