Extra Pale Ale Malt

Simpsons has developed an Extra Pale malt dedicated to lighter beer styles such as Lagers, lagers and pale ales.

Made from the same barley as Best Ale from the same manufacturer, it is a pure Norfolk product.

It is perfectly suited to the traditional British single-barrel brewing style, with its moderate/high modification level offering excellent extraction, filtration and flavor yields.

Use up to 100% for lagers and pale ales, or as a complement to special malts in a wide range of hoppy beers.
