Description
The Caramunich® 3 malt represents the highest level of intensity among the three Caramunich® malts. While its aromatic profile is similar to its younger siblings, it is much more intense, offering powerful aromas of brown caramel, bread crust, and biscuit, with noticeable notes of cocoa, honey, and dried fruits.
In terms of color (140 to 160 EBC), Caramunich® 3 imparts a lovely caramelized brown hue to the beer. It also adds smoothness on the palate and enhances all dark beers where the malt character needs to shine.
English Porter, Imperial stout, American brown ale, dubbel... Usable up to 10%, it will bring a rich depth to your recipes.
