Low Colour Golden Promise

The little brother of Finest Pale Ale Golden Promise, the low color version, as its name suggests, has a paler color. The lighter color is due to a lower degree of boiling, which preserves the enzymes as much as possible.

Its taste is very light, with hints of bread. The high protein content gives the beer body and balance. This malt is perfect for brewing beers with low density and/or high raw grain content. Its relative neutrality and round body will make it the ideal companion for a good hazy IPA session.
