Organic Triskel Hops:
Triskel organic hops are an aromatic hop variety originating from France. Developed in 2006 by the Alsace hop research program, Triskel is a cross between the French Strisselspalt hop and the English Yeoman variety.
Triskel organic hops share the same aromatic markers as Strisselspalt, but with greater intensity. Their flavours are citrusy, floral, and slightly spicy. Although their alpha acid content allows them to be used for bittering, they express their full potential when added at the end of the boil, in whirlpool, or in dry hopping.
They are often used for Belgian-style beers such as Belgian Ale, Saison, Kölsch, Pilsner, Pale Ale, Lager, and wheat beers.
