First cultivated in 1985, the Chinook variety remains a benchmark for its outstanding bittering qualities. This organic hop, carefully grown in our French terroirs (Lot-et-Garonne), benefits from a climate and soil that give it its distinctive aromas.

Known for its bold notes of pine, spice, and citrus, Chinook delivers a resinous bitterness that enhances IPAs and Pale Ales, as well as Porters and Stouts.

Its balanced aromatic profile adds depth and character, making it a must-have for brewers seeking bold and authentic flavors.

Its high essential oil content allows it to fully release its aromatic potential during late boil additions.
