Zuchtstamm is a brand-new aromatic hop variety from Germany, developed by the Hop Research Center in Hüll. Genetically, it is the sister of the Callista hop, sharing a vibrant freshness and a beautiful aromatic complexity.

This hop stands out with its expressive profile, dominated by intense notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit. These are complemented by red fruit aromas such as strawberry, cherry, and plum, along with floral and herbal touches that balance the whole.

With a soft bitterness and subtle minerality, Zuchtstamm is particularly well-suited to modern styles like Pale Ales, while also adding a contemporary aromatic signature to Helles, Pilsners, and other traditional lagers.
