Organic Cascade Hops:
Organic Cascade is an iconic variety born from the American craft beer movement, and remains one of the most popular hops in the world of artisanal brewing.
Developed through the USDA-ARA breeding program, this aromatic hop was created in 1956 via open pollination of a Fuggle plant, and released to the market in 1972.
Grown in France, this Organic Cascade retains the same aromatic qualities as its American counterpart: floral, spicy and citrusy notes, supported by a balanced bitterness that appeals to many brewers.
Used alone or in combination with other organic hops, Cascade is especially well-suited for secondary dry hopping.
