Willamette Organic Hops is an aromatic variety originating from the United States. It was developed in Oregon in 1967 by hybridizing the English Fuggles variety with its tetraploid form, and introduced to the market in 1971.

This version is carefully and passionately grown in Lot-et-Garonne and Vienne.

Inspired by Oregon’s Willamette Valley, this hop has found in the French terroirs an ideal climate to express floral and herbal aromas, enhanced by a subtle fruity touch.

Willamette Organic is ideal for late boil additions, whirlpool, or dry hopping. It is commonly used in English and American beer styles such as ales, pale ales, brown ales, and porters.

Offered here in 1kg pellet format, it remains one of the most iconic hops in the history of American craft beer.
