Organic Cascade Hops:
Organic Cascade is an iconic variety of the American craft beer movement and remains one of the most popular hops in the world of artisanal brewing.
Developed through the USDA-ARA breeding program, this aromatic hop was created in 1956 via open pollination of a Fuggle plant and released commercially in 1972.
Now cultivated in France, Organic Cascade retains the same aromatic qualities as its American counterpart: a floral, spicy, and citrusy profile with balanced bitterness that appeals to many brewers.
Used alone or in combination with other organic hops, Cascade is especially well-suited for secondary dry hopping.
