Organic Cascade hops are an iconic variety in the American craft beer movement and remain one of the most popular among artisanal brewers worldwide.

Developed through the USDA-ARA breeding program, this aromatic hop was created in 1956 via open pollination of a Fuggle plant and released commercially in 1972.

Organic Cascade stands out for its floral, spicy, and citrusy profile, with a balanced bitterness that appeals to many brewers.

Used alone or in combination with other organic hops, Cascade is especially well-suited for secondary dry hopping.
